Quidditch time
Katie rolled her eyes. “I said ok, didn’t I?” She laughed a little. “Oh, it’s a rule of the school. I wanted to commute, but the Beetle said no. Big surprise there.” Katie could have sworn that the Beetle just wanted to make everyone’s lives miserable. “But it’s not so bad, I at least get to see my parents often. I’m real close to them.” Especially her dad.
Duncan smiled as he pulled a pocket watch from his pocket. “My dad is going to try and visit when he passes through. I think your lucky to have your parent’s close. So, you were raised here? Outside of Hogwarts, at least, right?”
Katie smiled. “Hopefully you get to see him.” She couldn’t imagine not getting along with her dad. “Is he a wizard?” She smiled more at his question. “Yep. I’ve always lived in the same house. If I wasn’t at Hogwarts, I was here.” And she liked it that way. Hogwarts was home as well to her, but Cambridge was always going to be her favourite place.
